Planning & Acting Group Manager

Jo is the Group Manager – Planning (and Acting Group Manager – Landscape Architecture) at Align Limited.

Jo has nearly 20 years of resource management experience both in the public sector (Auckland Council, Gisborne District Council) and more recently in private practice. Her planning experience includes residential, commercial, infrastructure, natural environment, heritage and community projects throughout New Zealand. She has particular expertise in energy and three waters issues.

Jo resides locally and is seeking work life balance so that she can walk the kids to school 3 days a week and then to work via the beach.

As a wider business, Align Limited also provides urban design, Crown & commercial property acquisition, legalisation & disposal, landscape architecture; project management and GIS services. We are located in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch, Napier and New Plymouth. Our clients and customers fall into the electricity, gas, transport, construction, government, local government, telecommunication, education, housing, water, waste, health and commercial sectors.
