Hey I’m Wes - the Head of SEO for a wee boutique search agency called Organik Search.
We specialise in helping grow our clients business by driving more traffic, leads, and sales to their websites, utilising organic tactics (SEO) or Google Ads (SEM). We've been around for a couple of years now, and work across a variety of niches.Personally i've been in the SEO/search industry for over 10 years, working for big brands like Bunnings, Genesis, Lightbox (now Neon), Vend, and TheMarket (The Warehouse Group).

The attraction to leave the big corporate world and work for Organik Search was multi-faceted - one of those being the slow pace and bureaucracy within the corporate world that became utterly broing. Agency work is great in keeping things fresh, and I love the satisfaction of getting our clients to outrank them. Secondly as a parent, the benefits of working from home, especially on the coast are epic. Being able to finish at 5pm and be down on the beach with the family (including the poodle) and a beer, instead of battling 1.5 hour commute has been a gamechanger!
